I have a timeless memory of 'Mark McCain' He and Chuck Connors embodied everything that was good, holesome, righteous, and patriotic. All the family sit tv shows back then were perfect examples of the way America lived or should live their lives. But the the Rifleman was the only show back then that focused on father and son. The potrayal of their relationship was so warm, real and genuine. I loved and admired the maturity and wisdom that Johnny portrayed. But that was really him! And 'Mark' helped shape my adolescence and growth. Your whole family was blessed by him. So glad you all shared so many years with him, and I'm sorry and bereaved for your loss. He should have lived forever!
