The Tension episode shows why the Rifleman was tops among the many westerns - the cattle drive at the beginning (& it’s Chuck & Johnny driving the cattle too, not standins) - then the ending in the barn, where Johnny lassoes the rifle from Jack Elam’s grip, & just before Jack Elam impales himself on the pitchfork, a horseshoe goes flying across the barn at the camera so realistically that I find myself ducking! Well wishes to Johnny et al, great to see how happy he looks in the FB photos
