I met John Crawford at Fort Hood Texas Back in the early 60's. He was in the army and was stationed there for a while, and when I shook his hand ,I vowed never to wash it again. I was just a kid at the time, and was awed to meet him. RIP,, you touched the lives of so many.

The World has lost a True Cowboy! I have watched The Rifleman since I was a young boy. I even take my lunch break everyday from 2 to 3 pm central time so I can watch the adventures of Luke and Mark McCain. My prayers are with the Crawford Family, Friends, and Fans. I know in my heart that Chuck was there to welcome him to Heaven. Johnny Crawford was and still is a childhood Hero to millions of fans. He Will be truly Missed, But Never Forgotten. 😢

My thoughts and prayers are with Johnny's family at this time of great loss. I grew up watching reruns of The Mickey Mouse Club Muskateers with my Mother and The Rifleman with my Pawpaw who rarely watched television but, he NEVER missed The Rifleman. I also love listening and dancing to Big Band music, a love I found through my Granny & Grandaddy, and just a few minutes ago, I realized Johnny was the same person I admired in all three! I am sorry I didn't sign this guest book to tell him personally while he was living but, I want his family to know that he made a positive impact on my life and my families life and I appreciate that more than you know. Heartfelt sympathy to Charlotte, Bobby and the legacy family. I have been checking your website daily praying for news of Johnny’s recovery. Please know there are many folks who are feeling his loss. Although his fans never met him, he was a part of our lives for many years. We’re fortunate to have essentially “grown up” with Johnny and have much admiration for his talent. May God bless his soul and give comfort to his family. Love to you all.

RIP Johnny. Charlotte, please know that you will be in our hearts & prayers. Thank God for letting us share Johnny with us all these years. I still watch the re-runs & have some of the Mickey Mouse tapes. What a wonderful boy he was. God Bless.

I am devastated by this tragic news... I fell in love with Johnny when I was 4 years old... he was my first love. His music made me so happy. I wish i could have seen him play in Hollywood when I had the chance... now he will be singing with the angels. Rest in peace Johnny. You will be missed. ~L~

I've kept up with Johnny's condition during the last few years through Paul Petersen. Prayers for Charlotte and the family. And, for his lifelong friend Paul, as I know that Johnny has been as close as a brother.

Hello I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Charlotte and Bobby Crawford over the passing of Johnny. We saw Johnny and Charlotte and Bobby back a couple years ago in Ardmore, OK at the Cowboy Way Fest. I am so glad we got to attend. My heart is broken tonight for sure. Dear Johnny, It has been a dream of mine, to someday meet you. But with everything going on in the World and my Health Not Being The Best. I don't see that happening in the too near future. But it has been so much fun, just going each week and choosing cards to send you, both Funny and Inspirational. I love johnny Crawford's music.i didn't grow up back then so I thank my mom for getting me into listening to johnny Crawford's music and watching johnny on the great tv show the rifleman.i know there are rare 45s that had music from johnny that didn't get released like am I too young the flip side Janie please believe me.maybe someday you will sell this on a vinyl or cd with johnny's rare music.i know I would buy it.how can you not love johnny and bobby crawfords music..these guys are so great.it's sad that johnny Crawford is going through so much I wanted to take this time and post this and hope johnny will read this..johnny Crawford just know your fans are here for you&how much we love everything you did in life from singing to acting your a true teen idol that is loved by all your fans including this fan.im gonna buy something from your store and keep on playing your great music..take care johnny you will always be 4ever in our hearts..we are here 4 you always,from steve mcnutt also know as stunningsteve.

So glad I met you at the NFR a few years ago when we were both visiting Buck Taylor. You did some rope tricks and posed for a picture with me and then with Buck. Meant a lot to me as I always watched the Rifleman Praying for you and your family. God bless
