Hi Johnny, I just want to say I have loved the Rifleman TV show for most all of my life. I went to prison for over 30 years, and many times I would watch the Rifleman on MeTV each day to forget prison life. It was my way of remembering a simpler time in American life. I must say that the values and character roles you and Chuck Connors played shaped my own values in the way I try to live my life. I am deeply saddened to learn only recently about your battle with Alzheimers. I want to contribute to your care too, Johnny. And I am grateful to know you have a loving family and friends who look out for you. May God bless and keep you, Johnny Crawford, and your family as well. Dear Johnny and family — I can’t tell you how much Johnny’s work has meant to me, especially on “The Rifleman.” The show was wonderfully done, and the father-son bond between Johnny and Chuck Connors was evident. My beloved dad loved the old TV Westerns and films. He passed away in 2016 at 81 of Alzheimer’s, after surviving cancer. Every time I watch “The Rifleman” I think of him. Thank you for the joy you’ve brought to my family and millions of people throughout the years.

Happy 75th Johnny. may you reach that grand round number....100! I am exactly 18 months older. It seems like only yesterday. A month is nothing and 12 nothings make a year...hence here we are! So glad to hear you are comfortable and occupied at your new location. We all join Charlette and the rest of your supporting family with the best of wishes on this milestone and may you enjoy improved health and better times. Johnny! You know how much you mean to me! You discovered me! In Birmingham in 1980 when I was 19 and you were 33. It was just like a movie. I was in the chorus line and you were the lead in Meet Me in St. Louis. You flew me to Hollywood, put me in your 1930's night club act and the rest is history. I'm listening to your album today and thinking of you. I'm 61 now and in Film School! My first short film will have your music as the score. God bless you and Charlotte richly. I'm praying for you, my sweetest, wonderful friend for life.

I was so in love with Johnny Crawford on the Rifleman. He sent me a SIGNED photograph and I still have it until this day. I'm 74 now and still watch the Rifleman anytime I can. I would love to have the series on DVD. Then I wouldnt have to search for it on TV. Thanks for all you have done Johnny .... and the enjoyment you still give to me.

Hello, I have written before and had talked about fond memories of growing up watching reruns of the rifleman. I would get to go to my Nana's house and we would watch it together. It was my favorite tv show. I waited too long to be able to thank Chuck Connors for the fond memoriesi have growing up watching him and Johnny and have used many off the lessons they taught and I even still do. My Nana passed many years ago now, and I still watch the show whenever I get a chance. I just want Johnny to know that he made a big impact on my life. I always wanted to meet him and let him know. If there is any way you could share this with Johnny I would greatly appreciate it. I know he's not doing well and wish I could do something to help him. He is a true treasure and I will always remember him and Chuck and how they were responsible for the closeness me and my Nana had. In Johnny's debt and his friend, Henry

Hi Johnny and family I won the bid on the Poster and Video Best of The West signed by Dan, Darby and Johnny at Malabar Ranch (2015) on The Legacy Series Fund can’t wait to receive them. I used to live about 30 minutes from Malabar been there multiple times. Wish I could have been there to see them. Also I decided this year I am working on my bucket list, my trick roping rope and DVD came today and there is a lot work ahead on that and yes I been watching Johnny and he is very good. God’s blessings to Johnny and family.

What a wonderful people both Johnny & Charlotte, I met Johnny & Charlotte at the Playboy Mansion in the 90's. I was a server when they had dinner & a movie there. I also met other really nice guests there also. Johnny real stood out for me, I was really a nobody there but Johnny made me feel like I was somebody. Johnny made me feel so warm inside that when I got I actually cried. Johnny & Charlotte had invited me to see there horse Buttercup at a equestrian center. What an awesome day because I love horses so much. Then I later got invited to see his orchestra at the Gold Room at the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. What a great show it was too. After that I got out of touch with Johnny & Charlotte because I had gotten a new job as a truck driver. Then I got cancer & was hospitalized at the VA & was cured. I had all the seasons of the Rifleman and that is what I watch while I was recooping. Johnny & Charlotte is always in my heart because they treated me as a friend and will always be... Read more

I will pray for your condition, to improve. there is power in the blood of Jesus . May God bless you and your Family I was born in 1950 we are around the same age. My wife, and i have a son who is a Airline Pilot . We have three grand daughters. i wish there were show on like the Rifleman Rawhide, Have gun will travel, Gunsmoke .

I have so many wonderful memories of the Rifleman and I try to watch all the reunion when they are on. Too bad all the wholesome shows have been replaced with sex and violence. No wonder our country is in such a bad place. Im praying for Johnny that he will be comforted by his family and friends. I am same age so I actually grew up watching him in movies.
