I am saddened to hear of the passing of Johnny. My wife and I still enjoy watching the reruns about every week of The Riffleman. Johnny and Chuck seemed to have special chemistry. Thanks for this enduring legacy.

Loved watching The Rifleman, and especially the showing of love between Chuck Conners and Johnny Crawford as father and son. I watch everyday and sorry to the family for the loss of your husband. More shows like that would be a nice touch to TV. Thank you for all the years of enjoyment.

I was actually watching "The Rifleman" the afternoon of April 30 when before going into a commercial, Johnny's photo and his birth and death date was shown on the screen. My heart sunk. I am so sorry for your loss. The Rifleman was my favorite western as a child and I continue to watch reruns today. I just loved the special relationship between Lucas McCain and his son, Mark. And I also enjoyed Mr. Crawford's singing, both as a child and as a man. May Johnny Crawford rest in peace and may God bless his family.

My husband Jim and I are deeply saddened to hear this news. We are both disabled and we watch the Rifle Man daily. As we were watching it. The news of Johnny's death came up on the screen. We both cried and will always and never stop watching the Rifle Man. The old westerns are the best. Our deepest condolences to you and your family, our prayers are with you all.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

He was a cutie back then. He also had a role in a John Wayne movie, I canโ€™t remember which one. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. I lost my mother to that horrible disease also.

My sincere condolences to his wife Charlotte and his family and friends. He will be missed. I have always watch the Rifleman and I just loved watching Johnny as Mark McCain. My mother also had alzheimers as well as a few aunts and uncles who had it too. It's a very bad disease to deal with and it's very difficult to see a loved one with it. May the Creator always be with you! ๐ŸŒน

Johnny was the tv kid I most wanted to be, whom I most admired. I'll never forget the episode in which he fell to the bottom of a dry well, and was visited by his deceased mother. May he rest in peace.

A big part of my growing up life just left this world. I first started watching him on the Rifleman then I would watch other shows or movies and spot him right off. He was such a wonderful person. and a fabulous actor/singer. You never heard anything negative about him in the news he carried himself so well. I think he was one of the most natural child actors I have ever seen. He made it look so effortless and real. My favorite episodes The Wyoming Story parts 1 and 2 and Two Ounces of Tin and the one with Ma Boyle. Thanks for all the good memories Johnny you will be sadly missed and always remembered. RIP JOHNNY

Mr. Johnny Crawford was my first t.v. love. He will never be forgotten as his legacy lives on through the Rifleman. I still continue to watch it when I can. Such memories. He is absent from the body but present with the Lord. My condolences to everyone who was close to him.
