Hi Johnny and family. My husband and I watch you on the reruns of The Rifleman. We also watch Laramie and Bonanza. There isn't any good shows now on tv. We are both 74 years old. Truman's birthday is 9/22/46 and mine is 2/25/47. Take care of yourself. God Bless.

Hi Johnny and family, I just purchased multiple recordings on your website today and canโ€™t wait to receive them and help give back to you as you have given so much enjoyment to me over the years watching you and Chuck Connors on The Rifleman. Only you and Mr Connors could have played those parts. I sending prayers and Godโ€™s blessings to you and your family. A long time member of my church has Alzheimerโ€™s and he is blessed with family and friends as you are. I donโ€™t think I will get to meet you here on earth but I will meet you in heaven one day and get that picture I always wanted of the two of us. Bless you and Thank you.

Johnny, Charlotte, and Bobby, I grew up watching Johnny as Mark in the Rifleman. We watched every show and have watched many reruns for decades. I believe it was either 2019 or 2020 that Johnny was to be the main celebrity for the JOHN WAYNE BIRTHDAY celebration in Winterset, Iowa. I wanted to go, but didn't make it since it's memorial weekend it occurs each year. If it was last year, all festivities have been canceled due to covid-19. Now I read about his alzheimer's disease. My heart goes out to you all. My sister-in-law, Cheryl, was only 40, when she died from early onset Alzheimer's disease!! She had it between 8-14 yrs. My husband's 2 brain autopsies showed the following: .. Lewy body dementia causing his visual/violent hallucinations like Robin Williams had; .. neuro borreliosis/chronic LYME/tick disease; ** these 2 alone made his brain worldwide history being the 1st with these 2 diseases. he was supposed to be written up in a scientific medical journey with ME as the 1st author of this case study. * also found a cluster of 24 filarial nematode parasitic worms having LYME inside of them. * pathologist did NOT publish this as promised... I bought Johnny's Orchestra CD and DVD. I grew up listening to Big Band Music. My mother played and taught the piano and my dad played the trombone and sousaphone in the Shrine's band. Johnny's CD and DVD are great. That kind of music is my favorite. I would like to buy more of his CD's if there are any available. I also want to get CD's of his music from the 50's and 60's. I always liked his music from those years, lots of good memories from that music.

I just read the story about Two Bits. I live very close to Valley Park, Missouri. As a kid in the early 60's I loved horses and would go to Mr. Kraus's farm and Valley Mount Ranch for trail rides, hayrides and birthday parties. I wanted to be a cowboy. I watched westerns including Johnny on Rifleman. My birthday cakes were decorated with horses every year. I finally got to meet Johnny in 2019 at the Cowboy Jubilee in Oklahoma. He and Bobby and Charlotte were all there. I have a picture with them that I will cherish. God bless and keep you Johnny and all your family. Thank you for the memories and you too Bobby. Loved Laramie too!

Dear Charlotte and Johnny, Thank you for sharing your lives and memories with us. I find myself going to "The Rifleman" channel every evening when the current shows are too much for me. The show always has a good message. I like how Mark was treated as an equal to the adults most of the time. His opinions were considered and his questions were usually answered. The violence is there, but it is not as blatant as today's shows' depictions. When my husband was alive, he could often recognize the guests by their voices. Today, I recognized a very young Dennis Hopper!! We really enjoyed watching many of the classic shows over the years. We enjoyed seeing Johnny in various other shows, too. His professionalism and positive attitude really showed in all of his appearances. Thank you.

I have watched every episode of The Rifleman in order and saw how you grew up on that show. I enjoy your performances and the range of emotions you presented as a young actor. Iโ€™m sorry to learn of your recent difficulties but such is life. Stay safe in the care of your loving family and know that you are forever young as Mark McCain. God bless you.
